Premasoothram is a love based film of Malayalam language. It arrives on May 11 and faces competition from Naam and Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri films. Videos and stills impressed the romantic people and set some expectations. Flick earned U certificate from M town censor board.

Lead and supporting actors delivered good acting through their roles. Director showed the love track with runs between lead pair in a nice way. Locations, narration and screenplay are good.
